A friend of mine - Mikee (pronounced Mikeee, it really isn't a spelling error) - has a sailing boat. Mikee, a relaxed type, would probably prefer to sail when it suits him (ie late morning/later still), but because of the tidal nature of Folkestone's harbour, we had to set off when there was water in there - 6am in this case.
